Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead the support team to ensure, enact, and validate project execution in accordance with Department of Navy requirements and within time constraints. The
Project Manager will:
• Provide project scheduling, resource loading, on-site personnel management,
• Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified and mitigated.
• Plan and direct tasks, as well as perform on-site supervision of subordinates, when required.
• Determine resource requirements and costs.
• Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
• Monitor progress of task and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
• Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified mitigated.
• Validate and verify work products and services of subordinates meets with expectations and requirements.

Required Skills and Experiences:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Minimum Experience: 8+ years of directly related experience in Project Management.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- A Top Secret Security
Desired:
- PMI/Agile Certification Experience with PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies Experience with MS Project, Project Documents/ MS Power Point/Briefings
- Preferred: Master's or Bachelor's degree in related discipline
