Job Description:
Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.
• Ensuring that costs are contained within the budget parameters established by approved work plans.
• Ensuring that required quality levels are met.
• Provide onsite Program Management (PGM) support for execution of this contract. The PGM shall Provide all necessary personnel, administrative, financial, and managerial resources necessary for the support of this task order.
• Act as the single point of contact (POC) for the purpose of communicating issues, concerns, or problems arising during the performance of this task order.
• Make decisions in response to government issues, concerns or problems.
• Be readily available to respond to governments questions, concerns, and comments, and be proactive in promptly alerting the Government to potential contractual and programmatic issues.
• Attend meetings and provide the government designees with briefing information in the form of presentations, papers and/or analyses as directed by the government Program Manager.
• Provide briefings to the government PM, which may be required to attending or scheduling ad hoc meetings to discuss accomplishments, issues and planned activities.
• Plan and direct tasks, as well as perform on-site supervision of subordinates, when required.
• Determine resource requirements and costs.
• Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
• Communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
• Validate and verify work products and services of subordinates meets with expectations and requirements.

Required Skills and Experiences:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years of directly related experience in Project Management.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- A Top Secret security clearance
- PMI/Agile Certification Experience with PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies Experience with MS Project, Project Documents/ MS Power Point/Briefings
Desired:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- Master's degree in related discipline
