REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Must possess TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience applying software development methodologies and practices, including traditional structured programming as well as object-oriented programming techniques and broad utilization of current software development tools within numerous environments.
--The work pertains primarily to planning, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of complex technical software systems.
- Experience in producing technical and user documentation, training and system orientation, and consulting with related development teams throughout the software development life cycle.
- Experience in all aspects of software development supporting complex Multi-INT processing from initial planning and design to final installation and maintenance.
--Must possess the full spectrum of skills required for the development of software systems.
- Enterprise computing and architecture design capability for ground-based analysis systems, to include system information modeling and database design.
- Incorporate system architecture using enterprise design, business process modeling (BPM), workflow implementation, and web-based/semantics-based development methodologies.
- Develop and implement databases to store raw data collection, Multi-INT fusion products necessary to support dissemination to the warfighter.
- Leverage knowledge of terrestrial and space surveillance methodologies, sensor technologies and capabilities, and ability to envision new modes of operation via an evolutionary development process.
- Ability to monitor wage and salary budgets and expense account data to effect control of established budget factors and policy limitations.
--Ensure that fiscal responsibilities are in compliance with Government and program requirements.
--Manage the Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) integrated project schedule and financial tracking efforts.
--Maintain the MS ACCESS database to manage and report on financial execution status to sponsors.
--Develop proposals for new and ongoing MDA efforts.
PREFERRED
- Experience at the Naval Research Lab working on the Maritime Domain Awareness program (including PROTEUS).
Education:
Minimum B.S Degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science
Years of Experience:
Bachelor's and 12 years of experience
Master's and 10 years of experience
