Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to support agile methodologies based on iterative development, requirements and solutions.
- Support planning, development, testing, delivery and continual improvement to rapidly and efficiently respond to change.
- Work with cross-functional teams, customers and end users to develop requirements and solutions.
- Communicate with the customer on AI model selection, sensitivities to training, testing, or evaluation approaches.
- Assist in the management and administration of the network, performance, and maintaining network security. Managing infrastructure, platforms, systems, applications/tools and maintenance over system security.
- Offer subject matter expertise on the integration and risks associated with the use, processing, storage, and transmission of information or data, as well as the systems and processes involved in these activities.
- Support AI DevSecOps including supporting security activities throughout the entire life cycle, automating tests so security in run continuously throughout the cycle.
- Provide engineering support to design and manage complex systems over their lifecycles.
- Develop modular, scalable, reusable, and testable algorithms throughout the application of relevant software development principles.
- Assist in the integration research and technology production into the development of products, systems and standards, providing life-cycle protection for systems and products.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support AI model development, governance, testing, deployment, integration and sustainment.
- Make selections of appropriate AI methods, training, testing and evaluation data and model benchmarks in AI model development.
- Support AI ops pipeline, training data, testing and optimization, model deployment, operational testing and sustainment, and model continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Provide expertise to prepare requirements and specifications through testing. Evaluate results, support developmental test and evaluation to reduce risk throughout the operational test and evaluation to operate the actual or simulated environment by typical users, of a system under realistic operational conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Programming experience with Python, Javascript, Java, and at least one more programming language.
- Proficient in front end frameworks.
- Experience with backend frameworks and runtimes like Spring, Node.js, Django, Flask, etc.
- DevSecOps experience including the use of continuous integration/ delivery (CI/CD) Tooling (Git runners, code scanning tools)
- Developing front end and backend of software prototypes, components and tooling to accelerate prototyping process.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools
- Versed in software architectures like micro-services.
- Experience designing and developing software requirements for multiple AI support capabilities including software architectures, frameworks, API's and libraries.
- Familiarity with tools enabling effective collaboration, cross-disciplines teams, containers, and virtual machines.
- Knowledge of AI capabilities, including Generative AI, Natural Language processing, and LLMs.
- Top Secret clearance
