Base-2 Solutions is looking for a talented and enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate student aspiring to enter the hi-tech and/or government contracting industry to join us as an Executive Assistant Intern for Summer/fall 2025. This internship will allow you to collaborate with professionals to tackle real business challenges, conduct market research, and assist in proposal development. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, are eager to learn, and able to commit 20 - 25 hours a week through December 2025. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings, managing executive calendars, preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely responses and accurate information flow from emails and phone calls.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and documents.
- Maintain files and records, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct Data Review and analytics.
- Interact with various departments like Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, Contracts and Operations.
- Assist with general office operations, such as vendor coordination and supply management.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in administrative support in a government contractor-related environment is a plus.

Compensation
- Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
- Up to $10,000 bonus for each referral.
