The successful candidate will leverage their management and SharePoint experience to maintain and expand the customer’s environment.

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
• Manage team of 5 SharePoint administrators
• Provide support for ITSM integration with ServiceNow development and implementation to meet the design specifications using best practice and out of the box functionality.
• Provide SharePoint administration and technical support for Microsoft 365 Enterprise SharePoint and on-premises environments.
• Provide expert advisement on supporting the development of solutions within SharePoint and provide best approach to deployment of this capability.
• Support the development and design materials, technical briefings, and reports to facilitate Government approval prior to implementation of new requirements.
• Support the development of collaborative capabilities to enable sharing of information and knowledge using M365 Power Applications (Apps).
• Automate Workflows, SharePoint Lists, Outlook Group Distribution Lists, and Teams channels with private channels.
• Support the development and maintenance of Microsoft applications required to run the regulation division programs.
• Manage and maintain site Content and Structure settings, Site Hierarchy, and site collection navigation.
• Support the design configuration, management, and maintenance of a comprehensive site collection, site, and list level usage reports and usability analysis.
• Identify and report governance violations for Enterprise SharePoint using Date loss prevention (DLP) and Information Rights Management (IRM) configurations for Microsoft 365 SharePoint and on-premises environments.
• Update documentation; check the validity and accuracy of any documentation that is used by the end users, site owners, and administrators.
• Allocate additional storage quota to the site collections as they reach the maximum storage limit set by default.
• Configure and administer SharePoint and automate tasks.
• Work on tickets and service requests for Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online MICROSOFT 365 Enterprise SharePoint and on-premises environments meeting the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) in the ITSM system.
• Support design, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise taxonomy, terms, and keywords for the term store.
• Support Microsoft One Drive for Business sync issues and work with the users to recover data lost.
• Test and implement new features in a SharePoint on premise environment.
• Manage and delete Site Collections and sub sites in Office 365 SharePoint Online system as per service requests.
• Create eDiscovery Centers in Office 365 SharePoint Online
• Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support for end users utilizing Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 Enterprise SharePoint and on-premises environments.
• Schedule, plan, and perform system upgrades, including testing, rollback procedures and risk analysis for email and all related services.
• Develop and implement custom solutions within SharePoint, including web parts, workflows, and custom applications. Design and plan SharePoint architecture based on organizational requirements and industry best practices. Develop strategies for integrating SharePoint with other systems and applications in the enterprise.
• Write, test, and debug code to enhance SharePoint functionalities and integrate with other systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the developed solutions meet business needs.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications and configurations.
• Document code, configurations, and processes for future reference and maintenance.
• Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure proper usage, security, and scalability of SharePoint environments.
• Optimize SharePoint performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, scalability issues, and architectural inefficiencies.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams, administrators, and end-users on SharePoint best practices and functionalities.

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten (10) years’ experience with delivery and engineering management and ownership for Microsoft Office 365 based collaboration services to support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and ancillary products including Power Platform
• CSWF Level IAT-III-- CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP certification required.
