About the Role
Join a highly mission-focused team on the Integrated Research & Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). As the Configuration Management (CM) Lead, you will:
• Conduct detailed audits of ITSD artifacts to maintain accurate as-built models and drawings.
• Develop and manage configuration drawings/models using tools like Visio and MBSE.
• Drive the transition from legacy Visio diagrams to a formal MBSE environment.
• Train and lead a team in MBSE tools and processes to support all ITSD technical areas.
• Bring requirements and architecture baselines under formal Configuration Management control.
• Oversee Change Requests and update drawings, models, and other artifacts utilizing BMC Remedy.
• Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 4+ years of direct Configuration Management experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Willing to work on-site at Schriever SFB, CO or Redstone Arsenal, AL
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
• DoD 8570-approved IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+)
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and processes
• Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail
