The Northrop Grumman Corporate Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced recruiter to help meet our increased hiring demands. The position will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting and work closely with hiring managers as a talent advisor to understand hiring needs and build a targeted sourcing plan. Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00Salary Range 2: $105,900.00 - $155,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide full-life cycle recruiting for early career, experienced, and leadership positions to include screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process
- Accurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesize candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-close candidates to ensure high acceptance rates
- Act as a business partner to determine talent needs and develop staffing strategies to meet required business objectives
- Effectively leverage other functional areas as well as utilize data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies
- Create a sourcing plan and partner with sources to develop a candidate pipeline for key roles and skills in advance of need
- Leverage the employee referral program, and other tools to increase candidate submissions
- Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborate with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process to efficiently and effectively fill openings with qualified and diverse candidates
- Apply knowledge of compensation guidelines and practices to conduct salary analysis and prepare salary offer recommendations
- Provide applicants with critical information about the company, including benefits and onboarding expectations
- Extend formal job offers to selected candidates
- Track employees thru the onboarding process and provide support to expedite start dates
- Understand and adhere to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years related recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment with a bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Demonstrated experience as a consultant/ advisor to hiring managers or clients to drive business results and influence change.
- Proven experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Northrop Grumman Talent Acquisition processes, procedures and candidate management
- Experience with Workday
