TIAG is seeking a skilled Remedy Developer to enhance, integrate, and maintain our critical AIM/Remedy applications. This role requires expertise in developing custom solutions, supporting system upgrades, ensuring data integrity within the CMDB, and adhering to strict DoD security policies and Agile methodologies.
This position is currently 100% remote and requires an active Secret clearance.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $165,000 per year
This position is currently 100% remote and requires an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and integrate enhancements for AIM/Remedy applications, including custom reports and web interfaces.
- Provide expertise for planning and deploying new Remedy modules and tools.
- Enhance mobile/offline field capabilities for asset data access and automation.
- Perform software upgrades while preserving customized functionality.
- Manage product backlog and source code using industry-standard tools (JIRA, GIT/Subversion).
- Support database design, ensuring compliance with data models in client/server, VM, and cloud environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Evaluate ITSM Helix solutions for adherence to standards and best practices.
- Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing for ITSM releases.
- Develop and administer software/servers per NIWC Pacific, Navy, and DoD security policies.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and secure coding standards.
Position Minimum Requirements:
- Six (6) years of experience, to include Software Design, Development, and Test and Evaluation.
- Proven experience in BMC Remedy development, customization, and administration.
- Familiarity with AIM/Remedy integration.
- Strong understanding of database design and CMDB.
- Demonstrated experience in database development, Web page design, Computer Based Training development, and using .NET tools and .net Integrated Development Environment tools, asp.net, SQL Server, and HTML editor tools.
- IAT Level 1 certification.
- U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote team members.
Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience supporting Navy or DoD programs.
- Certifications in Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and version control systems
