Job Description:
The Calibration Lab Technician performs required calibration of test equipment used in product development and manufacturing. Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. May work with complex machines or computer systems. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Must Haves:
- HS Diploma
- Troubleshooting experience
- Good communication skills (Outlook/Teams), working with (internal) customers
- Teamwork skills
- Problem Solving, able to work through problems
- Process oriented/Good note taking
- Customer service orientated; will be working with various Internal Customers (Internal Departments)
Nice to Haves:
- 2-5 years of prior calibration testing or metrology experience
- Working knowledge of electrical basics
- Experience with Met/Team or equivalent Calibration software
- Quality Assurance
- Documentation skills
- Certified Calibration Tech (CCT) preferred
