Overview
The Deputy Program Manager II will assist the Program Manager II in overseeing contractor processes that enable contract performance. This role serves as the linchpin between the Program Manager and the contracting team, ensuring excellence in contract management and operational efficiency.

Pay Range
USD $160,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Serve as back-up focal point to Program Manager for all contractor functions that pertain to performance under the contract.
- Act on behalf of the Program Manager during Program Manager's absences.
- Maintain weekly employee roster and status report to track critical data.
- Coordinate company billing for travel and contract expenses.
- Prepare contract deliverable documents for Program Manager review.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee professional development training.
- Support Program Manager in policy development and implementation.
- Collaborate with Cayuse Human Resources to support personnel.
- Coordinate recruiting needs and conduct pre-screen interviews.
- Perform contract data analytics to assess emergent issues.
- Provide ongoing information and support to employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Other duties as assigned .
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least ten (10) years of professional experience.
- Recent (5 years or less) relevant experience working with FASTC
- At least three (3) years' experience supporting a government contract.
- At least one-year of experience as a Deputy Program Manager or as a management analyst supporting a government contract.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with Human Resources and Recruiting on staffing contract recruiting needs.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government contract requirements.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Due to the nature of work performed at the clients' facility, U.S Citizenship is required.
- Secret Clearance is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
