DESCRIPTION

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Product Management - Technical (PM-T) to be part of our Northern Virginia AWS Cross Domain team. We are looking for a Product Manager leader to join our team, where we are currently developing several new and innovative services. We're looking for a top notch product owner to help build these services from the ground up and expand existing product lines.

We expect the candidate to be a passionate customer and category advocate within AWS, with proven capabilities and product management skill and the ability to lead a team, prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate will be technology-minded, problem solvers, who understand how to get things done at scale and at a fast pace. If you operate by taking the initiative when no one else will, then we want to talk to you today.

As an owner of a product portfolio, you will be a critical part of the organization that owns the business model and P&L, feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap, customer segmentation and pricing, and demand generation for impactful new products. You will work across engineering, business development, and marketing leads to set strategy, define the product, and make the difficult, high-judgment trade-offs between features and time-to-market. You will partner with the technical leaders of the organization to ensure the programming model, scalability, and reliability promises delight our customers. As one of the team leaders, you will play a key role in hiring additional team members, and help set the vision, values, and culture of this business.

The candidate selected must obtain and maintain a security clearance at the TS/SCI level. Upon start, the selected candidate will be sponsored for a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
