ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Control Analyst to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide project financial control support to Project and Program Managers to successfully plan and execute assigned projects. Analyze project problems and recommend resolutions.
- Analyze project data, determine potential risks and challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Determine project forecasts and accruals and monitor cash flow projections.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in developing plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively manage Program funding. Support customer cost management and optimization.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve financial discrepancies. Monitor project status on regular basis and develop status reports to management.
- Prepare and present accurate and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and understanding of Government contracting processes and regulations (e.g., FAR).
- Experience with financial accounting and reporting systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI and associated querying operations for data transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant work experience in a US Government environment, DoD preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes.
- Experience with forecasting analysis techniques and tools.
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship and active Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and associated office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, computer printer, etc.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
