As Sr. Solutions Architect II, you'll lead the design, modernization, and migration of Oracle EBS logistics and financial systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in support of DoD operations. This position blends deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules with cloud engineering, DevSecOps automation, and secure system integration to deliver resilient, mission-aligned platforms.

What you'll do:
  • Lead Oracle EBS functional architecture with a focus on logistics, inventory, catalog, and financial modules
  • Design and implement Oracle EBS/OCI solutions with full-stack expertise (UI, middleware, DB, infrastructure)
  • Migrate RICE objects and reporting tools to the cloud
  • Develop and manage Terraform scripts and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments
  • Troubleshoot system and performance issues across Oracle EBS and cloud layers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, DevOps, DBAs, and security teams to ensure operational compliance and mission readiness
  • Maintain system documentation and support DoD audits and accreditation efforts
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud enhancements and apply innovations to logistics modernization

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with demonstrated expertise in Oracle EBS (R12.2) logistics, financials, inventory, and catalog modules
  • Experience migrating Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including RICE object modernization
  • Hands-on experience across the Oracle technology stack (front-end, middleware, database, and infrastructure)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle reporting mechanisms and tools (BI Publisher, Discoverer, OBIEE)
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Oracle Developer Cloud Service
  • Familiarity with DoD compliance requirements and secure architecture standards
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

SALARY RANGE: $128,000 - $205,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
