ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Officer to join our team in Herndon VA. This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
The Program Security Officer is responsible for program, physical and personnel security support for multiple programs supporting an Intelligence Community partner.

The Program Security Officer is responsible for program, physical and personnel security support for multiple programs supporting an Intelligence Community partner.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide Security support and perform a variety of security-related tasks for Collateral and SCI Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) activities but not limited to:
- Clearance nomination submissions, clearance maintenance, indoctrinations and education, customer badges
- Monitoring Visitor Control, Access Control, and Document Control
- Incident Tracking, Adverse Information Reporting, Foreign Travel and Contact Reporting
- Maintains and tracks Accreditations and ATO's, supports govt. inspections
- Additional security tasks as required by Customer Security
- Proposal Support, Govt. policy implementation
Minimum Experience:
- Experience performing a variety of security-related tasks for SCIF Activities
- 5 years of relevant security experience as an individual contributor
- Experience with DISS and Scattered Castles
Preferred Qualifications:
- FSO Certification
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI and ability to obtain a CI poly
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
