This position may be filled as a Test Analyst Level 1 or Test Analyst Level 2, depending on experience.
The Test Analyst is responsible for execution of test procedures, data collection, and data analysis of Program of Record Systems. They will play a supporting role in achieving the organizations goals by utilizing data analysis tools to support the validation of system requirements. This position will directly impact Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of Program of Record Systems in support of Program Office improvement and deployment goals.
CORE FUNCTIONS / JOB DUITES
Ability to perform the following, with guidance:
Utilize common data analysis tools to support the validation of system requirements, to root-cause and troubleshoot complex issues observed or documented during testing.
Assist in the execution of test procedures, data collection, preliminary data analysis, data removal, and data transfer.
Contribute to requirement results and test requirement traceability in support of test report documentation.
Provide required status reports, Test Observation Reports (TORs), and Trouble Report Retest Status (TRRS) documentation to the appropriate internal stakeholders. Submit required input on time and with accuracy, IAW company and customer approved guidelines for test and evaluation report writing.
Support in the development of test cases, test procedures and test scripts, as required by the project/program.
Assist in the development of test and evaluation solutions through implementation of test artifacts (e.g. reports, flowcharts, architectures, and diagram)
Utilize and research system specifications and technical documentations to support requirements, validation, and analysis.
Assist in the setup, operation, and tear down of the test architecture of various systems and sub-systems.
Support the troubleshooting of test issues and apply standard troubleshooting techniques to identify the issue with systems, support systems, or interfaces. Provide operational support for trouble report resolution activities to include, system problem isolation, detection, and resolution.
Participate in project-oriented meetings for the management, progression, and or closure of support activities.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
GED and/or equivalent years of experience

PAY RANGE
$75,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually, DOE

SECURITY CLEARANCE
Candidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
