The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in civil engineering with specific expertise in Bentley and Autodesk software platforms commonly used in roadway and transportation design.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design of transportation infrastructure projects including highways, roads, and transit corridors.
Utilize MicroStation/OpenRoads and Civil 3D/AutoCAD for detailed design and drafting.
Oversee junior engineers and CAD designers, ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
Coordinate with DOTs, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
Contribute to planning, design development, and construction document preparation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience with a focus on transportation.
Proficient in Bentley tools (e.g., OpenRoads Designer) and Autodesk Civil 3D.
PE license strongly preferred.
Experience working with DOT standards and public infrastructure projects.
Strong communication and project management skills.
