Position Summary:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Strategic Communications Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Capacity Building & Integration (OB-BP) Department Front Office. OB-BP integrates U.S. Government efforts to build international partner Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) capability and capacity to help mitigate global malign influences, counter proliferation, and enable our partners to counter and deter the full range of WMD threats, including preventing the proliferation of dual-use items and advanced conventional delivery systems, thereby enhancing partner capacity against world-wide Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) / WMD threats and prevail in an uncertain environment.

Position Summary:
Analytic Services, Inc. Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support reviewing and analyzing national/Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Combatant Commands (CCMDs), state and other U.S. negotiated bilateral and multilateral organizations' documents such as studies, reports, briefings, and other papers/information, and provide advice and guidance to leadership based on that information to improve communications.
- Shape strategic messaging in support of OB-BP leadership direction and guidance, ensuring that all messaging across multiple mediums is with "one voice."
- Develop, coordinate, and/or review Social Media blogs, vlogs, videos, articles, and other information sources that communicate messages to multiple discrete audiences (both internally and externally).
- Ensure all released information is approved through appropriate Foreign Disclosure and Public Affairs protocol.
- Provide senior executive level administrative support to include supporting the completion of various administrative tasks, writing/editing, tracking, and quality control of various products.
- Develop talking points, information papers, and presentations supporting assigned projects.
- Maintain oversight of OB-BP Front Office meetings and travel plans and coordinate with the appropriate office(s) (internal and external to the Agency) on purpose, talking points, and other relevant information.
- Provide senior executive level quality control of pertinent actions / correspondence being processed through the OB-BP Front Office.
- Coordinate and/or participate in Directorate events, meetings, and working groups and submit executive level meeting minutes as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience reviewing and analyzing national, Federal, DoD, CJCS, CCMD, or other U.S. negotiated bilateral or multilateral organizations' documents such as studies, reports and briefings.
- Active Secret clearance at time of hire
- Experience developing short and long-term goals and conducting strategic communication for Command level organizations.
- Experience communicating effectively at all levels within the DTRA and with other DoD/federal agencies.
- Must be capable of achieving a comprehensive understanding of Agency (including subordinate organizations) equities and mandates, and be prepared to advocate for those interests in strategic coordination with the interagency, DoD, and Partner Nations (PNs).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience using various graphics programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Served or supported Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) efforts.
- Must be able to work independently, using good judgment and discretion on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
- Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and turn in timely high-quality products to the government.
