Job Description

As a Security Professional - Financial Site - Overnight Shift in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Officer in a financial institution setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe for any unusual activity and report findings according to site protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and information as requested.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior through visible presence and patrols.
• Document and communicate any incidents or issues to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
