ABOUT THE JOB
As a Delivery Lead on the Edge Compute & Communications Mission Operations (MOps) team, you will:
- Serve as the conduit between the Edge Compute and Comms (ECC) Delivery Team and Business Line/Division Leadership
- Provide updates on contract execution
- Report risks to mission
- Brief updates on OKRs and other key metrics/milestones
- Create presentations, OV-1s, storyboards, "win stories," and other written products to showcase ECC delivery
- Build partnerships with supporting agencies/personnel to support program management and product delivery, to include:
- Mission Assurance
- Mission Success
- Deployment Operations and Technical Operations
- Security
- Manufacturing and Production
- Division Operations
- Oversee customer delivery of ECC hardware and software products
- Ensure both 3rd Party and 1st Party customer success by overseeing all elements of product delivery, including training, incident resolution, sustainment
- Work with customers to ensure all requirements are met for product construction security, facility needs, PERSEC, logistics, and contracting
- Ultimate decision-maker and set priorities when competing demands for ECC product delivery arise
- Lead the training and professional development of the Delivery MOps team
- Oversees onboarding, technical training, and field exposure of new joins
- Partners with Deployment Operations, Technical Operations, and Engineering Team to provide cross-functional training to support field operations during customer delivery of ECC products
- Manage staffing of programs and product delivery
- Works with the CW Operations team to manage existing people and make additional staffing requirements to support the business line
- Lead existing program resources including the Delivery organization (ECC MOps)
- Hire new resources as programs scale or transition from prototype to Program of Record
- Ensure exercises / test events / deployments are staffed appropriately and adjudicate when competing interests arise between product deliveries
- Work with senior engineering leadership to ensure correct mix of engineers attend exercises / test events / deployments
- Develop and implement product sustainment plans post-delivery, to include:
- End user training on product use
- Training/Operator Manuals are developed and issued
- Remote support channels are built with customer for on-call demand, and provide education to the customer on the support process
- Maintaining the authoritative list of product deployments and their end customers (i.e., keeping track of every hardware unit deployed to customers
- Develop and coordinate delivery site ownership and lead product / site tours, handle distinguished visitors, and verify physical and personal security processes
- Provide input to the Business Development / Growth team on contract details, ensuring contract execution is feasible in the product delivery and O&S phase
- Develop MOps teammates to become Voices of the Customer to provide input to the Product Team on lessons learned and end user feedback to inform the ECC product roadmap
- Partner with Communications, Marketing, and CW Leadership to create successful announcements and blogposts from customer events, exercises, trade shows, and other events, and push to defense publications when appropriate
- Lead communication to Anduril Executives and broader internal audiences (e.g., CW Division, company-wide) team wins and highlights from recent customer events, exercises, trade shows, and other events
- Devise the strategy to grow existing contracts by embedding MOps teammates with end users to become customer advocates
- Devise the strategy to acquire net new customers by leading MOps teammates in pitching ECC products on existing customer sites
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of project/program management experience
- Eligible to possess and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles
