As an Exercise Planner on our team, you'll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using programs of record, current plans, and evolving technology in a symbiotic script to help you tell a realistic story. You'll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.

As a leader in the company's support to a United States Marine Corps directorate, you'll have the chance to work cross-functionally with other wargame analysts, operations researchers, and senior leadership on projects that are making an impact on critical missions. You'll share your expertise and collaborate with the industry's best trainers and coaches through our custom "Train the Trainer" programs like Modeling and Simulation, Wargaming, Exercise Design, Event Planning and Facilitation, and Continuity of Operations.

You Have:

• Experience in the use of the Micro sof t Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to work extended hours in support of exercise requirements
• Ability to brief senior military leaders
• Ability to work in Germany without sponsorship
• Ability to travel to CONUS and EUCOM and AFRICOM AOR locations up to 50% of the time
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience planning and executing exercises, or 15+ years of experience planning and executing exercises in lieu of a degree
• Completion of Joint Professional Military Education ( JPME ) Phase I

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with joint exercise planning at the service component or Combatant Command level
• Experience with joint operations, the Joint Training System, and the Joint Training Information System ( JTIMS )
• Knowledge of Marine Air-Ground Task Force ( MAGTF ) concepts
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
