Administrative Support Analyst
The Opportunity:

The mission is essential to setting the theater, and not one bit of work occurs without the people to do it! The Administrative Support Analyst will be embedded with headquarters with an estimated workload of 40 hours a work week. You'll support the Assistant Chief of Staff ( AC / S ) for Administration by managing manpower matters and reporting using the asso cia ted Marine Corps systems or programs of record, c ond ucting manpower management and operations analysis, certifying personnel accountability, and managing reserve and part-time on-call manpower.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. What You'll Work On:
- Maintain standard document of a Marine's Offi cia l Military Personnel File ( OMPF ) and safeguard controlled forms.
- Extract information from the MCTFS and ReportNet, prepare Unit Diary ( UD ) , verify UD tra nsa ctions, and audit UD Management Reports.
- Provide administrative customer service for I / B and O / B personnel and for personnel deploying to and from temporary duty.
- Develop internal control procedures that ensure quality assurance and timely and accurate reporting.
- Establish internal controls to ensure compliance with current directives.
- Assist RPAC personnel c ond ucting record audits.
- Manage feedback reports and take required corrective actions.
- Manage electronic personnel action requests.
- Identify, process, and track limited duty status personnel and asso cia ted documentation.
- Track and monitor pay related issues using the Disbursing Tracking Management System.
- Request and issue ration cards in accordance with U.S. Army Europe regulations.
- Process area clearance and dependent entry approval requests.
- Scan and upload personnel records into the appropriate military personnel file systems.

You Have:
- Experience using the Micro sof t Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of the Disbursing Tracking Management System
- Ability to work in Germany without sponsorship
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as an administrative analyst for the military, or 5+ years of experience as an administrative analyst for the military in lieu of a degree
