Customer Technical Training Specialist
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As a Customer Technical Training Specialist at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will perform as a GMOC onsite trainer, executing On-the-Job Training (OJT), monitoring and training system upgrades and system transition duties; in addition, you will monitor GMD program activities ensuring GMOC personnel maintain system currency, proficiency and position qualifications.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, in addition to three years' GMOC experience.
Required Qualifications:
This position requires an active US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.
This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.
Desired Qualifications:
Telework/Remote Availability: 100% on-site, per GMOC mission schedule.

Summary Pay Range:

Experience and Qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, in addition to three years' GMOC experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Three (3) years' GMOC Operator experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience working in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to work independently and will possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environment
