NOC Technician

This opportunity is SHIFT work: Wednesday to Saturday 9PM-7AM

Title: NOC Technician

Location: Washington D.C.

Clearance Required: This particular role will ONLY hold a Secret

Certification Required: IAT Level II (Ex: Security+)

Skills Required:
-System Administration
-Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash, PHP
-Linux terminal tasks
-Cloud: AWS or Rackspace/Openstack


Core Responsibilities
-Monitor and respond to alerts in Client’s production environments.
-Support system uptime by identifying and escalating issues.
-Manage software delivery through data transfers and patching.
-Troubleshoot with Client engineers across various environments.
-Provide user support across multiple locations.
-Deliver performance insights via log analysis and admin tasks.
-Perform front-end and back-end admin duties, including user management.



• This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
• Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
