This position will serve as a Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager / Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training Systems (JMATS) program. As the ISSM and Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager, the selected candidate will oversee day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations. The ISSM will ensure IS's are operated and maintained in accordance with customer security requirements under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. The ability to work independently as well as with their teammates is paramount for this position as it is an extremely dynamic environment. The selected candidate will manage a team of Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) contract security specifications, customer governing requirements, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will test state-of-the-art operating systems / networks, perform system / program auditing to validate configuration and processes are in accordance with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, and assist in regulatory periodic risk assessments, and ensure effective management of POA&Ms, Risk Assessments, Continuous Monitoring and Authorization Conditions
Basic Qualifications:
-IAM Level I Certification (CAP, CND, GSLC, Security + CE)
- Experience using cybersecurity tools including ACAS, STIG Viewer, Splunk
- Interim Secret Clearance
- Willing to travel to off-site locations
- Experience in RMF Body of Evidence development
- Experience in Policy and Procedure development
Desired Skills:
- IAM Level II/III Certification
- Previous Leadership experience
- Previous ISSO/ISSM experience
- Previous Cyber Engineering experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
