This role is crucial to patient safety and successful outcomes-your work ensures every surgical instrument is clean, sterile, and ready for use in life-saving procedures.

Primary Duties:
- Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
- Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment following established protocols
- Track, label, and inventory sterile supplies to ensure timely availability for surgical procedures
- Maintain a clean and compliant workspace in accordance with infection control standards
- Participate in quality assurance checks and documentation as part of a Joint Commission-accredited program
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a Central Sterile Supply Technician or Sterile Processing Program (required)
- Certification required: CRCST (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD
- At least 2 years of full-time sterile processing experience in an acute care or surgical hospital setting
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- U.S. citizenship and ability to meet federal credentialing standards
