Must Haves:

• HS Diploma with 0 - 3 years' experience
• Any finishing/painting in the Autobody industry (Sanding/masking/protective tape/finishing)
• People that have worked construction have also worked out (Sheetrocking)
• Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE
• Basic computer skills/literate - able to follow work instructions, enter timecard online etc., windows/MS office
• Able to work in a team environment and get a long with peers
• Good communicator
• Reliable/Dependable
• Need to have some computer skills

Nice to Haves:

• Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.

Job Description:

• Mask using proper protective tape to mask and unmask per work instruction.
• Sand using proper equipment (Da or dotco sanding equipment) and appropriate sandpaper grit
• Mix and apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing, and inclusive environment
• Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.
• Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE
• Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement
