Job description:
Advanced knowledge of MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the remainder of the MS Office suite.
Possess a mastery of basic/generic data skills (tools & concepts)
Partner with Product Owners and Leads for the creation and maintenance of project / program schedules, including (but not limited to) tasks, dependencies, dates, milestones, resources and costs
Performing schedule analysis on projects, Lead / participate in schedule audits
Interfaces with Product Owners / Leads to gather data and adjust scheduling parameters
Advise management on best use of coding / templates / reports within the scheduling software (Microsoft Project)
Partner with project manager and leads in preparation for the project’s estimate-to-complete (ETC)
