Manpower Operations Planner
The Opportunity:
Efficient and innovative management is essential to ensure seamless operations and support organizational goals. That's where you come in. We're seeking an office management professional who can apply technical expertise to support planning and programming manpower requirements.
As a Manpower Operations Planner on our team, you'll use your staff action, coordination, and synchronization effort skills to align multiple units to multiple exercises. You'll coordinate across the staff to identify and validate manning requirements for steady-state activities, exercises, operations, contingency response, crisis response, and other headquarters functions, generate manning documents for manning requirements, facilitate manning document sourcing within Marine Corps and from external force providers, and provide relevant and appropriate inputs to orders and other directives. You'll create efficiencies by implementing standardized procedures and operations to help mitigate risk. Work with us to ensure improved management of information across the team!

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience using the Micro sof t Office Suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time anywhere in the United States and the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility
- Ability to work extended hours in support of exercise requirements
- Ability to brief senior military leaders
- Ability to work in Germany without sponsorship
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the military, or 15+ years of experience in the military in lieu of a degree
- Completion of the Joint Professional Military Education ( JPME ) Phase I Course
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Marine Air-Ground Task Force ( MAGTF ) concepts
- Knowledge of Marine Corps Force Design 2030
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
