Senior Computer Engineer - CE IV - Charleston

Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems, is seeking a Senior Computer Engineer II with a minimum of 10 years' experience for work in San Diego, CA. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of C4I systems and subsystems.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on hardware and software components of C4I systems, including secure communications, tactical networks, and mission planning tools.
• Evaluate system performance, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science; Depending on PWS tasking, must be willing to certify as Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) qualified within 6 months of employment
• Ten or more (10+) years of notable experience supporting C4I and or Navy systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
