General Function:
- Apply knowledge of DoD and AF acquisition regulations to logistics tasks across the full system lifecycle-from procurement to sustainment.
- Coordinate logistics elements (e.g., spares, SE, training, technical data) tailored to F-15 program needs and contribute to long-term support strategies.
- Conduct DMSMS analyses, support Source of Repair Assignment (SORA) processes, and complete depot maintenance interservice studies.
- Create and review logistics documentation including ILS Plans, LCSPs, TOs, and technical manuals to meet USAF standards.
- Engage in PMRs, ILS management meetings, depot working groups, and TIMs to support program objectives.
- Perform LSA tasks using logistics systems and databases to support both USAF and FMS efforts.
- Plan, implement, and manage logistics strategies across all 12 product support elements (e.g., training, SE, CPI, supply, facilities).
- Analyze system logistics requirements, perform life-cycle cost assessments, and support Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Cost (RAM-C) evaluations.
- Manage and update technical documentation libraries, TO verification, and engineering data requirements for F-15 systems.
- Analyze, compare, and manage GFE/GFP plans, costs, and purchasing to ensure asset availability and compliance.
- Provide logistics support for depot maintenance, aircraft modification tracking, kit development, and cradle-to-grave data management.
- Resolve DMSMS issues, forecast supply needs, and access USAF supply systems to ensure mission readiness and availability.
- Support development and execution of Post Production Support and Transition Plans (PPTP/TPP) and manage critical asset sustainment.
- Assist in preparing agreements (MOUs, SOOs, etc.), participate in continuous process improvement, and support logistics documentation development.
- Support SORT/ESG meetings, depot activation planning, technical validation, and track Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Support USAF F-15 Radar Modernization Program (RMP) for supply and support sustainment requirements. This involves constant communication with the Robins and Tinker supply chain managers and Air Combat Command.
- Assist WSAF to ensure parts are supportable through the supply systems and for support to fill all Mission Capable Parts (MICAPs) in a timely manner.
- Manage some Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) requirements for multiple repairable national stock numbers (NSNs) through contractor support repair contract
- Assist in supply chain management activities, spares analysis for the Radar Modernization Program (RMP) and F-15E/EX programs.
- Monitoring acquisition programs for impacts on Special Access Programs and assist Air Force Engineering and Technical Services to support the on-aircraft troubleshooting, training and supply support requirements required by the RMP and F-15EX programs.
- Assist with the remaining breakdown of excess APG63V3 Radar Group kits to provide supply parts from each kit to ensure USAF long-term support.
- Act as Technical Subject Matter Expert to assist USAF and Foreign Military Program in reviewing data in Performance Work Statement products and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for repair contracts to assist.
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
- Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA)/Master of Science (MS)) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
- OR, BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
- OR, 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
- Must possess and maintain government security clearance at the Secret Level.
