This position is currently hybrid with on-site work in Ashburn, VA two days/week. TheCustomer Support Specialist will support customer engagement, professional writing, and program support for various ServiceNow development projects focused on web development for various clients.

Responsibilities for the Customer Support Specialist:
- Engage with customers and end-users providing service and correspondence regarding project development and support.
- Communicate with the team, developers, management, and external stakeholders.
- Write content for the website, coordinate and facilitate meetings, manages weekly status reports.
- Organize engagements and act as the liaison between vendors and clients - own the process and act as the external face of the project.
Required Qualifications for the Customer Support Specialist include:
- 3+ years of experience encompassing executive administration, customer service, and operational/business support.
- Experience working in an IT environment
- Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust/Suitability
- Bachelor's Degree
