Job Summary:
The objective of this program is to integrate and leverage Software Development experience, Systems maintenance, User Experience to maintain and evolve the JCD. This includes sustainment of the as-is database while infusing technology and AI/ML to modernize server and training management.
The Air Force requires Information Technology (IT) services to manage, sustain, and evolve the system to enable the DoD Service Cryptologic Components to support national language assets with tracking, metrics, and program management tools. Program efforts will take place on/around Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE.

Intellekt is looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Software Development
- Support the development of web application through requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Application maintenance and feature enhancement utilizing ASP.NET, MVC, C#, NHibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery (Entity Framework is an appropriate substitution for NHibernate)
- At a minimum three (3) years of experience with web development with .NET, MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Helpdesk
- User Support: Resolve computer-related problems for users if possible or escalate to higher level support as needed.
- Help Desk Support: Handle and Prioritizeall IT-specific tickets and troubleshooting.
- Ticket Management: Receive and manage trouble tickets and emails. Resolve or assign tickets to technicians as appropriate and escalate as needed.
- Compliance and Security
- Implement highly available network architectures and manage network security and network routing in a hybrid-cloud environment.
- Coordinate with systems administrators to perform system scans for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) purposes and continuous monitoring, including network devices, servers, databases, and web services.
- Review audit logs and utilize continuous monitoring tools to identify and respond to anomalies, hacking attempts, or insider threats.
- Systems and Server Administration
- System administration tasks for Windows Server 2022 and RHEL 8 including regular platform upgrades, vulnerability management, troubleshooting, automation with native scripting languages, performance management, application inventory and administration, and compliance to regulatory baselines.
- Development and execution of deployments using infrastructure-as-code and usage of DevOps pipelines to operate cloud-native services and deployments.
- Implement, update, and regulate group policy and identities in Active Directory in conjunction with the Enterprise Access Model.
- User Experience Analyst
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform product decisions, translating findings into actionable insights, wireframes, prototypes, and design recommendations.
- Assist the team in developing new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate UX best practices into agile development and develop experience metrics, customer satisfaction measures, and service feedback loops.
Position Requirements
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Hybrid, will require availability in the Omaha area
- Degree in IT or a related field
- 8570/8140 Certifications
- Experience with IT Projects and Equipment
- May require up to 10 percent travel
