TIAG is hiring a Senior Program Manager to support the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC). You'll lead enterprise-wide IT and Operational Technology (OT) lifecycle management, cybersecurity implementations, advanced technology, and project management services. This role involves direct management and serving as the primary liaison between project teams, executive leadership, NIWC, and the Contracting Officer Representative.

Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
Responsibilities include:
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and ensure quality, compliance, and financial success.
- Direct staff and task activities to meet objectives; supervise and mentor project teams.
- Serve as the client liaison, coordinating activities, negotiating, and problem-solving.
- Oversee CONUS/OCONUS travel and develop executive-level reports and briefings.
- Identify and resolve issues, strategize for business growth, and prepare deliverables.
- Foster relationships, act as a cybersecurity advisor, and address threats.
- Recruit, hire, manage, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
- Support business proposal development (writing and reviews).
- Lead IT/OT, ESS, and software development efforts leveraging program management and cybersecurity expertise.
Position Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
- 15 years of technical program/project support (Equipment, System, Programmatic).
- 8 years of Program Management experience (Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Acquisition Planning, Budget Planning).
- 5 years as a manager of teams supporting OT/IT systems (life/safety functions) at CONUS/OCONUS installations.
- Minimum certifications: Active Security+ or Certified Authorization Professional (CAP).
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and team leadership success.
Position Qualifications
- Familiarity with FAR and DoD procurement policies.
- Strong preference for direct NIWC-LANT and/or NAVFAC experience.
- Growth-minded with a desire to support diverse efforts.
- Experience supporting proposal development.
- Deep experience with Cybersecurity, CONUS/OCONUS Travel, and Engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and oversee staff.
- PMP certification desired.
- Maturity, high judgment, negotiation, influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential.
- Experience with DISA STIG requirements and compliance.
