We are looking for a seasoned professional to support enterprise-level systems and reporting tools. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in enterprise resource planning and a deep understanding of business intelligence platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and analyze enterprise data using established tools and methodologies.
• Support reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics delivery via SAP BusinessObjects.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer support in operational and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise resource planning systems or SAP Business Objects
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Preferred Experience
• Prior involvement in public sector or defense-related SAP projects is a plus.
