GCI is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Targeter to support a blend of technical, analytical, and targeting work. The ideal candidate will have a senior-level understanding of computers, networks, and be very comfortable with information technology. Strong skills and expertise in data analysis and visualize are required along with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets to inform mission-critical decisions.

- Provide technical expertise to fellow team members
- Complete projects while working with stakeholders
- Present technical topics to audiences of varied technical understanding
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting targeting activities
- Ability to use customer tools and databases
- Experience using large datasets to create project documentation
- Other skills may be required depending upon candidate experience
Desired Skills:
- Language experience: Chinese, Russian, Farsi
- Experience with specific tools and methods
- Ability to take on complex technical tasks with minimal direction
