Job Description:
Cydecor is seeking a Technical Director to provide support to an Intelligence Community customer. The Technical Director will direct the technical project management function.
Responsibilities include:
Program/technical management experience within the Intelligence Community Agencies.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
Work Schedule:
M-F, Onsite

Job Description:
Cydecor is seeking a Technical Director to provide support to an Intelligence Community customer. The Technical Director will direct the technical project management function.

- Develop and establish strategic project management and quality standards ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
- Guide the development of technical estimates, work plans, methodologies, and deliverables.
- Build project team delivery skills and capabilities.
- Remove obstacles and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Manage and mitigate risk.
- Minimum of 10 years in combination of program management, managerial, and Information Technology.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business, finance, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Deep and broad knowledge of technology
- Strategic project management
