Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader and proven decision-maker committed to delivering quality customer service. Youll be joining the National Security and Justice (NSJ) business unit (BU) that supports the mission of U.S. security and law enforcement. Overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing a cross-functional team, establishing expertise in client processes, and maintaining expertise in CGI Federals Momentum Financials. Top candidates for this position will have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex software and business processes, work directly with clients, and act in a team leadership capacity.
This position is located in our Knoxville, TN office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
This position is based in our Knoxville, TN Center of Excellence; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Team Member Management: Lead a team of professionals towards achieving customer, business, and member development goals.
Maintain oversight of team member activities, delegate work, mentor team members, and oversee performance monitoring and management
Ensure team processes are executed as planned/documented to ensure quality is maintained and service level agreements are met
Work in a combined Helpdesk environment collaborating with Helpdesk managers in other locations to facilitate common processes and experiences
Monitor and ensure the team meets all client service level agreements and requirements
Provide visibility to CGI and client management teams regarding team performance including creating and/or contributing to reports
Oversee Helpdesk and Production Support Operations: Accountable for the overall success of helpdesk and production operations. Must ensure project work meets scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
Provide overall direction of helpdesk and production support activities, translate client needs into detailed work plans and schedules, and define and manage project resources
Actively participate and drive client-facing meetings involving, but not limited to, requirements gathering, solutions design, implementation schedules, issue resolution, and status updates
Maintain subject matter expertise in CGI Federals Momentum to be able to effectively communicate issues/risks to CGI and client management and perform analysis as needed to aid in the resolution of client issues or scoping of new initiatives
Facilitate the resolution of issues that are pertinent to the success of the project, ensuring that corrective actions are in place to prevent or address project non-conformances
Monitor and evaluate deliverables for operational effectiveness, functionality, cost, efficiency, benefits, and contract compliance
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
8+ years of combined relevant experience (e.g., Momentum SME, application/software support, client/customer support, team leadership and mentorship)
Bachelors degree in STEM or a related discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting/Finance, IS/IT)
Ability to work well under pressure in an evolving environment and demonstrate commitment to quality and client satisfaction
Ability to communicate effectively with any audience (i.e., all levels of CGI and client organizations)
Proven ability to develop teams and support individuals with their career growth, including fostering a collaborative, respectful and professional culture
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types
Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle
Project management experience with a successful delivery track record
Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills necessary to assist with and oversee the resolution of issues and impediments blocking work completion
Meticulous in writing and reviewing written communications and deliverables that must adhere to contractual obligations
Commitment to maintaining working knowledge of client processes and Momentum as well as learning new technologies that can further address client needs
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Experience and understanding of SQL with Oracle DB
Business Development experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $154,300.00.
