Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage security systems to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.
- Monitor the Intrusion Detection System, the Proximity Access System, and CCTV Monitoring System.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
- Conduct regular security checks and maintain detailed logs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance security protocols and procedures.
- Coordinates emergency response for emergencies or crises within MDA facilities.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum six (6) months experience in alarm monitoring or (1) year in access control/security
- Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and automated External Defibrillators (AED) (100%), and trained in Red Cross First Aid
- Speak, read, write, and understand the English language, apply written rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training material )
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must know a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Outlook.
