ManTech seeks a motivated, career, and customer - oriented Capture Executive to join our Enterprise - Defense team.
This highly visible position collaborates with the most senior leaders across ManTech to develop a winning strategy and drive client engagement on the corporation's largest, most strategic opportunities. As a Capture Executive you will report directly to a Senior Capture Executive Team Lead as part of the Enterprise Capture Team.

As a Capture Executive you will report directly to a Senior Capture Executive Team Lead as part of the Enterprise Capture Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead market analysis, strategic business planning, and capture strategy/solution development, leading to award of large, new prime contracts.
- Experience leading and supporting FEDSIM/AAS Delivery capture pursuits and/or leading complex capture and proposal submissions that require multi-phase submissions and oral presentations.
- Plan and execute client contact and positioning, teaming interactions, and coordination with business development, solution architecture and other resources available across the enterprise.
- Drive client relationship management and opportunity tracking, spanning a variety of contract types including cost plus fixed fee, fixed price, award fee, and performance-based contracting
- Understand market trends and translate client and competitive intelligence into compelling capture strategies and solutions.
- Establish and maintain competitive and client intelligence and rapport; understanding of client missions, budgets, and buying patterns for assigned capture opportunities working jointly with account business development executives.
- Leverage deep understanding of client needs and objectives in the areas of Artificial Intelligence; Enterprise IT; Systems Engineering and Software Development; Managed Services; Infrastructure Modernization; Data Transport and Systems Integration; Big Data and Data Analytics; Application Development and Modernization; Cyber Threats, Cyber Security and Advanced Technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of growth/business development/capture experience in the Federal Systems Integrator market. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered, particularly with military service.
- Track record of successful capturing and winning >$250million new business opportunities
- Experience being the lead for development and implementation of the Capture Plan through all phases of the proposal development process through award for assigned opportunities.
- Experience working capture across multiple GWAC and IDIQ contract vehicles in support of national security mission requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute disciplined efforts for large and complex captures focused on high-end engineering challenges in the unrestricted Government Contractor market.
- Strong and effective communicator who can facilitate capture gate reviews with senior executives ensuring effective and efficient implementation of proven best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance is preferred
- Experience maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in a Salesforce-based growth system.
- Ability to execute a sales lifecycle as defined by the Shipley Process.
- Ability to drive the capture process from opportunity positioning through proposal development.
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to create and execute strategies that lead to the successful pursuit, capture and execution of new programs.
Security Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Must be able to travel to client engagements, industry events, etc. as needed to execute the win strategy.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, senior leadership, and clients, which involves developing and delivering compelling presentations to senior executives. Must be able to concisely share accurate information in these situations.
