The MITRE National Security (MNS) Technical Integrator will partner closely with the MNS Senior Vice President - GM and the MNS Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to support strategy, execution, and internal and external engagement. The selected individual will work cross functionally across the business to ensure key organizational priorities are understood clearly and are moving forward effectively. This position will be responsible for managing business rhythms, coordinating, organizing and preparing materials for key events and meetings, tracking goals and actions items for timely delivery, and supporting business teams to navigate priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Reporting to the MNS SVP-GM, this role will develop and implement key metrics to provide performance and efficiency updates on projects, initiatives and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a positive, self-starter attitude, strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and exceptional organizational skills. Further, the candidate will demonstrate proactive and strategic thinking, operate autonomously as appropriate and produce superior work products under short deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SVP-level business rhythms, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals.
- Drive select SVP strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from planning to delivery, providing visibility into status, performance metrics, and outcomes. Lead short-term high priority special initiatives/engagements.
- Coordinate agendas, materials, key products, and logistics for internal and external engagements, including sponsor meetings, SLT events, Board Advisory Committee meetings, strategy reviews, and employee activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, senior leaders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Track organizational action items, manage SVP priorities, and support operational processes across teams.
- Lead the ongoing maintenance of the MNS strategy, including regular MNS strategy sessions.
- Integrate across cross-functional teams, including the MNS SLT, operations, and other supporting organizations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a technical Bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 7 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
- Active DOD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
- Strong judgement and analytical skills with the ability to apply strategic thinking to evaluate business challenges, develop actionable solutions, and support data-driven decision-making. 5+ years of experience in project/program management, business operations, organizational leadership or a similar strategic role.
- Demonstrated ability to work productively and collaboratively with senior leaders, partners and stakeholders, building strong relationships and working through influence rather than direct authority.
- Proven success in planning/coordinating high-impact internal and external meetings, events, and strategic reviews.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects from planning through execution.
- Communicates complex ideas clearly and persuasively, with superior written and verbal skills, and experience creating executive-level presentations and communications.
- Highly adaptable, organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Handles confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Poise and confidence in working with senior leaders across government, industry, academia.
- Experience managing highly visible projects which require the ability to orchestrate cross-functional team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
