Silotech Group is seeking a CMS PAM Lead Developer to support the development and security of scalable applications within a DevSecOps framework. This role is critical in ensuring that security best practices are embedded across the software development lifecycle while supporting identity, access, and cryptographic controls for web-based systems.
Location
This role is primarily remote. Occasional travel may be required to coordinate with project teams or customer sites. All travel will be pre-approved and reimbursed in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
Clearance Requirements
Must be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation.

Essential Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of secure web-based applications.
- Support DevSecOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and usability assessments.
- Integrate security technologies including PKI, cryptography, and domain management.
- Develop and maintain APIs (REST, SOAP) and interface with access control systems like LENEL OnGuard.
- Manage source code repositories using tools such as Git.
- Ensure Section 508 compliance in application design.
- Collaborate across departments and contractors to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide expertise in OpenSSL, SSO, and Windows Active Directory integration.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
Experience
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
- Demonstrated experience in Apache Web Server administration.
- Experience with SUSE Linux 12+, Windows Server 2016+, and virtualization via VMware 6.5+.
- Skilled in PHP scripting and working with MySQL, MSSQL, and LDAP databases.
- Proficiency in cryptographic applications, particularly OpenSSL.
- Background in usability assessment and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Experience managing source control and deployments using Git and CI/CD practices.
Certifications
Technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., web development, cloud, security) are highly desirable.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting CMS or federal programs.
- Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and agile development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
