Description:What You Will Be Doing:

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time a highly skilled Automation/AI Systems Engineer to join our team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, AI/ML, and automation, with experience in developing and integrating complex systems. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop AI/ML models, and implement solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
Communicating with internal and external customers will be required.
Must be a US Citizen;
This position will require a government security clearance; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with maintaining, developing software applications using programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with development and integration of AI/ML models using various frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc)
• Experience in design, development, and/or deployment of automation, AI, and ML solutions to improve business processes and operations
Desired Skills:
• Experience with cybersecurity teams and coding standards to ensure the security and integrity of automation, AI, and ML solutions
• Experience on data engineering and design/implement of data pipelines and architectures to support AI/ML solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and/or training materials
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
