Description:Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics, home of the F-35 lightning II fighter, is looking for a dynamic Individual Contributor for our Security Administration team within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.
The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
This position will be the F-35 International Program Security Representative on a Foreign Military Sales program that is responsible for contractual security support. You will develop, evaluate, refine, and implement cost effective and value-added security processes and solutions for this program.
Key responsibilities:
• Function as an F-35 International Program Representative ensuring implementation, coordination, execution of National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirements for both Foreign Participants and U.S. Government customer are maintained on a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
• Will assist the F-35 Program with creating and implementing transportation and technology control plans as well as support processing government to government site visit requests.
• Will work directly with the long term Foreign Liaison Officers (FLO) and ensure contractual requirements are managed.
• Will coordinate with appropriate F-35 Program Office and other teams to ensure compliance of physical office space and export control requirements prior to granting unescorted access to long term foreign nationals.
• Will work with the USG and foreign governments to ensure clearances and authorizations for access are in place.
• Will be responsible for assisting other F-35 organizations with implementing knowledge of international security requirements for F-35 Concept of Operations (CONOPS) in testing environments.
• Position may require international travel.

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of DoD Industrial Security experience
• Experience with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule
• Experience in Microsoft Applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience reviewing assignments for accuracy (creating detailed instruction plans for handling sensitive information)
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
• NISPOM Rule implementation experience.
• Excellent written/verbal skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
• ITAR knowledge.
• Possess a Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
