SAIC is seeking a Senior Facilitator in at Fort Moore (Fort Benning), GA.
Job Duties:
- Plan Secret Tabletop Experiments (TTX) and Wargames to achieve Learning Demands and Experimentation Objectives outlined in the Analysis Plan
- Provide feedback to tactical plan to ensure it meets current and future Army Doctrine and Tactics
- Virtually attend planning conferences in order to understand wargame methodology and associated operational concepts to be studied in TTX
- Rehearse introductory and welcome briefs with Core Staff to ensure quality briefings during execution
- Lead the TTX and Wargame through mentoring active duty military Role Players and ensuring the Experiment Objectives are met
- Lead hot washes and After Action Reviews (AARs) during execution
- Contribute to and assist in editing the Final Report
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience; Masters degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Security Clearance:
- Must possess an Active Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required) with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
Required Skills:
- Combat experience at the Battalion and Brigade level to ensure TTX is realistic given future enemy capabilities
- Experience mentoring Company and Field Grade Officers in hotwashes and AARs
- Knowledge of future threat capabilities
- Understanding of the future Army Operational Concept
