The Senior Training Management Consultant will support the Army Training Information System (ATIS) program by leading the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive training programs. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and managing training delivery for the Army's training management platform.
Training Program Leadership: Develop and implement training strategies aligned with ATIS goals and objectives. Lead the creation, review, and enhancement of training materials, ensuring alignment with system updates and user needs. Oversee the execution of largescale training sessions for diverse user groups, including leadership and technical personnel.
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: Collaborate with Army stakeholders, training coordinators, and system developers to gather requirements and deliver tailored training solutions. Provide expert guidance on training best practices to program leadership and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Design and execute methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including user assessments, surveys, and feedback loops. Use evaluation findings to refine training strategies and content for maximum impact.
Documentation and Resource Management: Maintain a repository of training documentation, including lesson plans, guides, and system overviews. Ensure training resources are updated regularly to reflect system changes and enhancements.
Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior training consultants and provide leadership to cross functional teams involved in training delivery. Represent ATIS in forums, meetings, and conferences to present training strategies and achievements.
Education and Requirements:
Current and active Secret security clearance.

Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Training Management, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10+ years of experience in training program development, delivery, and management.
- Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance [CPLP], ATD Master Trainer).
