JANUS Research Group is looking for a Requirements Analyst to support the Army Training Information System (ATIS) project.
The Requirements Analyst will lead the end-to-end collection, capture, and management of mission-critical user needs from concept development to deployment. Serve as a subject matter expert in Agile business analysis, facilitating the creation and prioritization of a backlog that aligns with user and stakeholder goals. Partner with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define and decompose business objectives into actionable requirements. Drive focus on requirements related to improved usability, user experience (UX), user adoption, and engagement strategies. Oversee the development of comprehensive artifacts, including concepts of operation, story maps, user stories, workflow diagrams, and business rules. Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. Collaborate with IT and mission stakeholders to develop a business process roadmap for the system's future state, identifying opportunities for reengineering and process optimization. Provide thought leadership in Agile best practices, mentoring junior analysts and influencing organizational standards.

Education and Requirements:
Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ Years of experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
Journeyman Level
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ Years of experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
