The Program Analyst will support the U.S. Army Global Force Information Management (GFIM) and Army Data and Analytics Program (ARDAP) project, providing advanced program management, technical expertise, and leadership within an Agile framework. This position involves strategic oversight of budget, requirements, and scheduling to ensure mission success and program alignment with DoD acquisition policies and standards.
Management and Strategic Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Product Lead and Deputy Product Lead, offering guidance on budget alignment, schedule management, and requirements tracking to meet program objectives. Evaluate and provide recommendations on program and reporting documents, such as Defense Business System (DBS) statutory reports, Defense Acquisition Execution Summaries (DAES), Program Status Reviews (PSR), and Configuration Steering Board (CSB) Reviews. Develop strategies for aligning program directives with Program Objective Memorandums (POM) and spending plans to ensure fiscal accountability.
Acquisition and Reporting Oversight: Assist in the management and oversight of PM ARDAP SharePoint for acquisition artifacts, documentation, and configuration management. Provide comprehensive support for Acquisition Milestone and Decision Reviews, tracking and managing acquisition documentation, schedules, and reporting deliverables. Coordinate and facilitate key program reviews, including PEO EIS Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR), ensuring all reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.
Operations and Schedule Management: Act as an Action Officer to manage day to day operations, schedule coordination, and task tracking for the GFIM program. Facilitate and prepare materials for GFIM Staff Meetings, ensuring alignment of program activities with strategic goals. Monitor program schedules and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks and address potential delays.
Agile Framework Leadership: Provide expertise in Agile methodologies, ensuring that business directives are effectively translated into actionable program strategies. Lead efforts to solve business challenges using Agile processes, including backlog management, iterative development, and cross functional team collaboration. Advocate for continuous improvement within the Agile framework to enhance efficiency and program outcomes.
Briefing and Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver high quality briefings and presentations to senior Army leadership and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with program goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for program reporting reviews, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining open communication channels.
Education and Requirements:
Current and active Secret security clearance.

Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Army Acquisition Program Management or Systems Engineering within ACAT Level I, II, or III programs.
- 5+ years of experience working in Army or DoD organizations as military personnel, a government civilian, or a contractor.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
Current and active Secret security clearance.
