Responsibilities

• Requirements tracking and de-confliction
• Ability to support stakeholder engagement
• Identification of any functional requirements gaps
• Ability to take action to prioritize requirements and work across groups and product lines
• Manage requests through the established processes and workflows until completion
• Perform strategic systems planning, business information planning, and analysis
• Determine the process for handling requests for exceptions/exemptions
• Engagement across the program as needed, including support for meetings and reviews
• Monthly and/or weekly reporting
• Continuously monitor project progress and make detailed, scheduled reports on measurable items

Qualifications

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
• Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules
  Must be knowledgeable in identifying and gathering requirements
• Ability to coordinate information flow between all programs and organizational managers
• Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
• Provides a total systems perspective, including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components

• Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs
• Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
• Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
