Job Summary:
Acquisition Professionals LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Multilateral Analyst – Level IV to support strategic initiatives related to international policy development, multilateral engagement, and global regulatory coordination. This senior-level role operates under administrative supervision and requires a self-driven professional who can independently interpret policy, manage high-level assignments, and influence public programs that support U.S. foreign and defense policy objectives.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration or a related field, with at least five (5) years of experience in a relevant discipline. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with demonstrated experience synthesizing complex information to develop management-level recommendations. A Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret or TS/SCI if needed.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional policy analysis, making strategic decisions that shape public policy, developing innovative solutions to complex challenges, and producing work that directly impacts national and international stakeholders. The analyst will play a key role in defining emerging issues, resolving critical regulatory and diplomatic problems, and supporting the development of new frameworks in support of multilateral regimes.
The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, professionalism in diverse settings, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. This role may require both domestic and international travel and compliance with all State Department third-party contractor requirements.
Responsibilities:
Employs mastery of a professional field to apply experimental theories and new developments to problems not susceptible to treatment by accepted methods
Makes decisions or recommendations significantly changing, interpreting, or developing important public policies or programs
Isolates and defines unknown conditions, resolves critical problems, or develops new theories.
Provides products or services that affect the work of other experts, the development of major aspects of administrative or scientific programs or missions, or the well-being of substantial numbers of people.
Leads in planning and implementing new policies, regulations, and legislation associated with arms transfers, regional security, confidence-building measures and related political military issues.
Independently drafts, publishes, and implements regulatory changes to the ITAR and independently reviews regulatory changes made by other agencies that affect the equities of the office.
Independently prepares briefing materials for senior Department officials to support meetings with foreign officials, U.S. government counterparts, and representatives of non governmental entities, based on specialized experience in this area.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or related field.
Requires at the minimum, a security clearance of Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI at the request of the COR
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or related field.
At a minimum, Five (5) years of experience in a related career field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects consistent with established timeframes.
Excellent ability to synthesize information and develop recommendations for management based on an analysis of the information.
Excellent judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and be able to operate all office equipment including but not limited to: telephones, copy machines, fax machines, scanners, printers, and computers.
May be required to travel within domestic and/or international.
